International Orders

Shipments outside of the United States are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Costs may be reduced on APO or FPO orders if delivery can be made to a U.S. military base address for forwarding to the country of order.

International orders will be accepted in the English language, by facsimile (FAX), postal mail, e-mail, or the BMI web site. BMI accepts prepayment in full in U.S. funds by a cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard or American Express charge cards. All charge cards will be verified to the issuing bank prior to delivery.

Electrical standards, specifications and requirements vary by country. All items requiring electrical voltages are delivered with standard 110 Volt 60 Hertz electrical specifications. If other specifications or modifications are required, please advise BMI so any additional charges for modifications that may be required can be quoted.

Once all costs have been calculated, BMI will then fax, or e-mail the total cost of the product(s), including shipping and handling charges for final approval. Once final approval is transmitted back to BMI, the order will be entered for delivery. Destination addressee will be responsible for any duties, taxes and fees due.

Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law. BMI makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the United States or its possessions.
