Addiction Freedom is a guided meditation CD to help the listener overcome addictions to substances such as alcohol, drugs, overeating, sex or other non resourceful behaviors that may interfere with happiness and health.

In collaboration with Spencer Payne, PhD., addiction specialist and neurofeedback therapist, and inspired by the research and seminal work of Dr.'s Peniston and Kulkosky, this program was developed over many years of study and the author's clinical work with individuals who suffered from various addictions.

Using a combination of classic stress reduction methods, visual, auditory and kinesthetic imagery, and targeted suggestions,the listener is guided to review potential paths to follow on their life journey. Connection to inner spiritual guidance, rehersal of positive and productive behaviors and a soothing ambiance are combined to create an effect that supports transformation and perosnal growth and above all, FREEDOM!

Alpha & Theta frequencies are embedded in the soundtrack to usher the brain into peace states of relaxation.
