Using short relaxation exercises and audio feedback Clarity will help you improve your focus and bring some calm into your busy life. With Clarity, your changing stress levels are translated into guiding sounds. When your mind wanders the sounds intensify and when you’re calm you’ll hear more peaceful sounds.

Powered by The PIP, this program will teach you how to use mindfulness in everyday life. This highly recommended App includes video tutorials from Dr Schwartz explaining his 4 Step process and breath awareness exercise and The Loom, a virtual landscape which uses your relative level of calmness to influence your progress. Dr. Schwartz discusses real mindfulness exercises and attention control. Dr. Schwartz touches on concepts outlined in his book to use applied mindfulness and thought awareness in your practice with the PIP sensor. Dr. Schwarts also discusses deceptive brain messages and how to recoginize them. Ultimately he provides a clear cut path to help you toward self directed neuroplasticity (rewiring your brain with refocusing). Dr. Schwartz's four step process of Relabel, Reframe, Refocus and Revalue can help you consult your wise advocate and and use constructive narratives to improve your ability to relax and be more mindfull.
