Technical Support – Provides assistance with technology problems. In general this covers user specific problems with a product. Such as software settings, initial set-up & installation issues. It does not cover how-to-use the equipment &/or software. There is no charge for Technical Support on items purchased from BMI. We use GoToMeeting which is an online support system in which we can take over your computer through the internet and walk you through your technical problems.
Training – We offer online training sessions on how to use software and equipment. We do not provide training on the interpretation of the data. We are not clinicians. Training sessions can be purchased in 1 hour blocks at the rate of $85 hour.
