This self-paced course covers 16 chapters in Fox's best-selling Human Physiology (13th ed.) text. You choose when you start when you start and complete this course. You may rent this text from online vendors like You will have a year to pass 16 multiple-choice exams with a score of 75%.

You may take these 20-question exams as many times as you need until you achieve a passing score. Blackboard CourseSites contains PowerPoint presentations for each chapter. The publisher's website provides study questions, animations, and videos.

When you successfully complete all 16 chapter exams, you will receive a certificate of completion that you may submit with your application to BCIA. Due to its low cost, this course does not provide AMA or APA continuing education credits.
