Human Physiology satisfies BCIA's anatomy and physiology requirement for biofeedback certification or provides 45 hours of biofeedback recertification credit.

This self-paced course covers 20 chapters in Fox and Rompolski's best-selling Human Physiology (16th ed.) text. You choose when you start when you start and complete this course. You may rent this text from online vendors like Amazon.com. You will have a year to pass 16 multiple-choice exams with a score of 75%.

You may take these 20-question exams as many times as you need until you achieve a passing score. Blackboard CourseSites contains PowerPoint presentations for each chapter. The publisher's website provides study questions, animations, and videos.

When you successfully complete all 16 chapter exams, you will receive a certificate of completion that you may submit with your application to BCIA. Due to its low cost, this course does not provide AMA or APA continuing education credits.
