The Rhythmlink EEG placement cap template is intended to serve as an accessory in the recording of the Electroencephalography [EEG], Evoked Potentials [EP] or as a Ground or Reference in an EEG or EP recording. This device is provided non-sterile for Single Patient Use Only.
• Standard Small - 48-55 cm (18.9 - 21.7 in)
• Standard Medium - 55-60 cm (21.7 - 23.6 in)
• Standard Large - 60-65 cm (23.6 - 26 in)
Directions for Use - Verify that the patient’s head size corresponds to the size range indicated on the template packaging.
Position the template on the patient’s head so that the “n” tab is centered between the eyes at the nasion, the circumferential strap is just above the ears, and the strap junction at the back of the template is at the inion.
Fasten the chin strap and wraparound strap so that a secure fit is achieved.
When finished, remove template and discard it. Single patient use only. For full instructions, please see IFU.
