I am taking delivery of a new car. When I pick it up can I spray the Protex on a cloth and wipe the steering wheel, the various buttons and knobs, and the touch screen, without harm to those items? What about the seat belts and buckles? I assume that I should not wipe the leather seats, or is this OK? Thank you.

Please say more about using this product on electrical devices such as iPads, phones, cell phones, computers, keyboards. Also, does it have lasting effects, fade or discolor the surfaces of such surfaces? Thank you.

I'm not sure I'd used the spray on electronic devices. The Protex wipes would be more appropriate. I would follow the directions on the label for indicated use as well. Hard non-porous surfaces. You may want to check with the manufacturer as to their opinion and their contact information is on the label.
