I have a new tube of spectra and cant recall when or even if I ordered it! in hospital for a long time; I have no electrode equipment... is there any use for it just as it, like to rub on a sore leg or should I just toss it out

This is a conductive gel that could be used with electro-caps. I would suggest using electro-gel but the Spectra gel can be used.
