emWave Pro includes access to training and support resources provided directly by HeartMath. After registering your device, users can participate in free weekly training calls for both beginner and advanced users, along with webinars covering stress, anxiety, and general well-being topics.

HeartMath also provides ongoing technical support for product-related questions, setup, and troubleshooting, along with additional training materials to support continued use. The system includes a one-year limited warranty through the manufacturer.

Finding Your Registration Number
Registration is required for software activation and access to certain HeartMath resources. The registration number can be found on the back of the Owner's Manual. It is also available within the software. Open the desktop program, go to the Help menu, select Registration, and the number will be displayed there.
